Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in food technology, manufacturing, business, or a related field.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in food manufacturing, production control, QC, and inventory auditing.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, formulas, data entry)
• Good multi-tasking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Full-Time position.

Job Decription

• Prepare, print, and manage production-related documents, forms, and etc.
• Cross-checking, compiling, and updating weekly and monthly production data.
• Record, verify, and proofread data, reports, and production records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain and update filing systems, inventory records, databases, and documentation, either manually or electronically.
• Generate, update, distribute, and collect production checklists to support daily operational activities.
• Check, sort, and process incoming orders, requests, and documents, ensuring completeness before forwarding to relevant personnel.
• Monitor document flow and follow up with relevant departments to ensure timely processing.
• Tracking production materials, documents, and basic inventory movements for record purposes.
• Support interdepartmental coordination and assist with internal transfers as instructed.
• Assist in ad-hoc tasks and administrative duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.
• Ensure all records and documentation comply with company SOPs, audit, and reporting requirements.
• To lead weekly/bi-weekly production BOM cross-checks
• Monitor floor material usage
• Capture machine yield losses (unfiller leftovers)
• Maintain inventory accuracy for ERP integration for production
• Compiling and reporting all overall production data (beyond just BOM/yield audits)

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
