We are looking for a Social Media Content Creator to handle our day-to-day social media postings and visual content creation. Your primary goal is to elevate XTS Technologies Sdn Bhd's company brand image as a trusted factory automation leader, while building a strong employer brand by showcasing our modern work culture, engineering team, and everyday office life across all social channels.

1. Everyday Content Creation & Posting

• Own the daily/weekly posting calendar across platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Shoot, edit, and publish engaging short-form videos (Reels/TikTok/Shorts), posters, photos, and captions.

2. Elevate Company Brand Image

• Capture and showcase XTS’s high-tech factory automation machinery, robotics systems, and successful project installations in action.
• Turn technical engineering concepts into clean, visual, and impactful posts that attract potential B2B clients and business partners.

3. Build Employer & Team Branding

• Capturing team moments, employee spotlights, company events, factory walkthroughs, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Showcase a vibrant, professional, and innovative team culture to position XTS as an attractive workplace for top industry talent.

4. Engagement & Basic Performance Tracking

• Monitor comment sections and direct messages to foster active engagement with our online community.
• Track basic post metrics (reach, views, engagement) to continually refine visual styles, captions, and posting schedules.

• Editing & Design Skills: Proficient with mobile/desktop editing tools like CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere, or Photoshop.
• Hands-on Shooting Ability: Comfortable using mobile phones or cameras to capture crisp videos and photos of machines, events, and people.
• Platform Awareness: Understanding of how to tailor posts for different platform audiences (e.g., professional tone for LinkedIn, dynamic/fun tone for TikTok & Instagram).
• Proactive & Friendly Personality: Comfortable walking around the office and factory floor to collaborate with engineers and team members to gather fresh content.
