Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics coordination, and workforce management. The ideal candidate will ensure operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, safety compliance, and continuous process improvements while leading a high-performing warehouse team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, inventory control, and distribution.
• Lead and manage warehouse supervisors and operational staff to achieve productivity targets.
• Develop and implement warehouse policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock reconciliation.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs, productivity, and operational performance.
• Optimize warehouse layout, storage utilization, and workflow efficiency.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, logistics, and transportation teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage warehouse budgets, operational costs, and resource planning.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years of warehouse or logistics experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics, and supply chain management.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems.
• Proven leadership experience managing large warehouse teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Good understanding of workplace safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Pay: Up to RM12,000.00 per month
