岗位职责

  • RESPONSIBILITIES: We are looking for an Executive, ICT Applications (Database Management). This position will be responsible to support ICT Department in managing PR1MA's database systems and processes comply with applicable security standards, regulations, and internal policies by implementing security compliance programs, conducting audits, and collaborating with stakeholders to strengthen the PR1MA's overall security posture.


  • Job Description


    • Monitors PR1MA's database system and reports any obstacles and challenges that could disturb the operation and performance of the organization’s ICT systems and application.
    • Perform ETL (Extract, Transform and Load) activities to extract data from various sources, transform and validate data, and load it into the relevant systems or databases to support data integration, reporting, and business requirements.
    • Responsible for the operations, maintenance, user access management, change request, enhancements of the company’s ICT systems and applications.
    • Monitor and manage vendor resolution of incidents and problems, including prioritization and escalation to appropriate groups when appropriate interrupted manner.
    • Monitor all operations within functions area are conducted and appropriate actions are taken to avoid future incidents.
    • Manage PR/PO request for new IT application procurement.
    • Application support on Oracle JD Edwards, PRS, MHUB, UAD, UMS, HRIMS, CDMS, QHSE, Skype, Website, Mobile Apps, Ever Sign, CRM
    • Manage the Contract Documents for all the awarded projects, prepare RFI, prepare RFP/RFQ document, prepare board or management paper documents.
    • Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure timely system related projects delivery.
    • Participate in UAT & SIT for system projects.
    • Provide technical support and advisory services to users in designing and developing applications that align with business requirements and PR1MA's priorities.
    • Creating high-level application specifications and design documents defining appropriate technology, workflow, and integration standards for third-party application acquisition
    • Ensure acquired solutions meets all requirements of quality, security, modifiability, scalability, SAGA Standard, PR1MA Audit etc.
    • Involved in Application Development and implementing approved IT strategies.

    • REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or any other related discipline from an institution recognised by MQA.
    • Minimum 1–3 years of relevant working experience in application support, system administration, software development, or ICT applications. Fresh graduates with relevant knowledge or internship experience may also be considered.
    • Basic knowledge of application systems, system implementation, application support, and system integration.
