WE ARE HIRING – HR MANAGER

Position: HR Manager
Location: Ipoh, Perak
Salary: RM6,000 – RM7,000/month
Employment Type: Full-Time

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the full spectrum of Human Resources functions
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and staff development
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and practices
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and regulations
• Manage payroll, leave, attendance, and employee records
• Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters
• Work closely with management on HR strategies and workforce planning
• Lead and support the HR team in daily operations

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience in HR management / HR operations
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian Labour Law & HR practices
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple HR functions
• Mandarin or Cantonese speaking candidates are preferred
• Willing to be based in Ipoh, Perak
