Job Description — Café Supervisor / Service Crew

We are looking for a responsible, friendly, and motivated Café Supervisor / Service Crew to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily café operations and ensure smooth service.

• Provide friendly and efficient service to customers.

• Take customer orders, serve food and beverages, and handle cashier duties.

• Supervise and support service crew members during daily operations.

• Ensure food, beverages, and service are prepared according to company standards.

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and overall tidiness of the café.

• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.

• Assist with opening and closing duties, stock checking, and basic inventory management.

• Train and guide new team members when required.

• Ensure company policies, procedures, and service standards are followed.

• Perform other duties related to café operations as required.

Requirements:

• Previous café, restaurant, or F&B experience is preferred.

• Supervisor experience is an advantage.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Responsible, punctual, and able to work well in a team.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.

• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

• Able to communicate in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia. Other languages are an advantage.

For Supervisor applicants: Previous experience leading or supervising an F&B team is preferred
