We are looking for a proactive and experienced Production Supervisor to lead our production team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with machinery, a background in electrical troubleshooting, and a proven ability to manage a diverse workforce, including foreign workers. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient production operations, meeting output targets, and upholding safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer orders and maintain inventory levels.
• Oversee day-to-day production floor operations, monitor workflow, troubleshoot issues, and make real-time adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Operate and maintain production machinery; perform basic electrical troubleshooting when required.
• Train, coach, and evaluate team members to maintain high performance, productivity, and morale.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement strategies to increase efficiency.
• Ensure production targets are met while maintaining high standards of product quality and safety.

Requirements:

• At least 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical skills in operating machinery with an electrical background for troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure.
• Willingness to work shifts and overtime when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
