Job Summary

Join The Frosted Chick’s energetic team to deliver exceptional customer experiences through innovative marketing and direct engagement, driving sales growth and brand presence in a dynamic boutique bakery environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute online marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and customer engagement

Engage customers face-to-face to build rapport and enhance their experience with the brand

Diagnose and resolve product care and usage inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction and product quality

Facilitate sales transactions and provide comprehensive after-sales support to foster customer loyalty

Manage and grow social media channels by running targeted ads and conceptualizing creative campaigns that resonate with the audience
