Job Description

• Assist in managing the daily operations of the branch and showroom.
• Ensure all staff follow company policies, SOPs, and work procedures.
• Handle and monitor branch cash floats, petty cash, and related records.
• Ensure pledged items and branch assets are properly stored and recorded.
• Check branch documents to ensure they are complete and accurate.
• Assist with stock counting and inventory checking.
• Support branch security and safety procedures.
• Maintain good teamwork, discipline, and professionalism among staff.
• Assist the Supervisor or Branch Manager with daily branch matters when required.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor, Branch Manager, or Management from time to time.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification.
• At least 3–5 years of supervisory or relevant working experience.
• Diploma holders with relevant working experience are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in retail, financial services, pawn broking, or branch operations is an advantage.
• Basic experience in cash handling, stock control, or administrative work is preferred.
• Responsible, honest, and able to work independently.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work well with others and handle daily work responsibilities.
• Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and Public Holidays.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
