Are you up for a new challenge? We are looking for a reliable HR executive to join our team.

We are looking for an HR professional who is willing to learn and loves dealing with HR processing roles such as payroll, incentives, contract generation, and data maintenance.

HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• To ensure employee data and records are maintained correctly, accurately, and systematically at all times.
• Generate employee contracts, letters of offer, and other documentation (in print and by email) pertaining to staff confirmation, termination, disciplinary, promotion, incentives, and bonuses
• Resolving employee contract issues and responding to contracts-related inquiries
• Collecting, and entering data to maintain and update all aspects of leaves and attendance information
• Resolving and responding to staff inquiries, issues, and problems related to leaving and attendance, payroll, and incentives including resolving issues and problems related to staff affairs.
• Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures.
• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing staff attendance and leave data
• Maintaining an efficient tracking of employee attendance and recommending changes and improvements from time to time
• To generate periodic reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually) to track performance metrics and for review by management
• Assist in HR processing roles such as payroll and incentive processing.
• Ensuring all HR practices comply with Labor law, statutory, and other external requirements.

HERE ARE THE SKILLS AND PROFESSIONAL QUALITIES WE'D LIKE TO HAVE:

• Proficient in 3 languages - English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• As you will be exposed to confidential information, a high degree of professionalism and discretion is a must.
• Team player
• A good education in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, Human Science, Psychology, or any other education.
