CGSI MY is hiring!

Kick-start your HR career and gain practical experience with our team! We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic interns to join one of the following functions:


Recruitment (Talent Acquisition)

You will gain practical exposure to the recruitment lifecycle through responsibilities such as:

  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other relevant channels.
  • Review and screen resumes based on role requirements.
  • Conduct initial candidate outreach and collecting relevant information.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers.
  • Provide candidates with timely and professional updates.
  • Maintain candidate profiles, recruitment trackers, databases, and documentation.
  • Assist with recruitment reports, dashboards, presentations, and data analysis.
  • Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives, including job advertisements, career fairs, and campus engagement.
  • Assist with other HR projects and initiatives.


Compensation & Benefits

You will gain practical exposure to compensation, employee benefits, payroll, and related HR operations through responsibilities such as:

  • Learn about the company’s compensation structures and employee benefit programmes.
  • Organize and manage compensation and benefits data using spreadsheets and HR systems.
  • Perform initial data analysis to identify compensation and benefits trends.
  • Support the administration of employee benefit programmes, including health insurance and wellness initiatives.
  • Assist with benefits enrolment, claims processing, employee enquiries, and record maintenance.
  • Support in drafting, updating, and reviewing compensation and benefits policies.
  • Assist with monthly payroll activities, including overtime calculations, before review by the Team Lead
  • Prepare documentation for employee confirmations, resignations, contract renewals, and other employee movements
  • Participate in HR projects, project discussions, meeting documentation, and analysis of project outcomes


What We're Looking For

Education, Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong administrative capabilities.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Responsible and professional when handling confidential information.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.
  • Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools will be an added advantage.
