Job Summary

The Operation Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of retail pharmacy branches to ensure sales growth, operational efficiency, compliance with company policies and excellent customer service. The role involves managing branch performance, staff productivity, inventory control and the implementation of company initiatives across all assigned outlets.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and improve the operational performance of all pharmacy branches.
• Ensure achievement of sales targets and profitability objectives.
• Oversee inventory management, stock availability and stock control processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead, coach and develop branch managers and outlet staff.
• Analyze branch performance reports and implement corrective actions where necessary.
• Coordinate operational activities between HQ and branches.
• Monitor customer service standards and address operational issues promptly.
• Drive company initiatives, promotional campaigns, and business improvement projects.
• Prepare operational reports and updates for Management.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy.
• Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in retail pharmacy operations, branch management, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of retail pharmacy operations, inventory management and customer service.
• Good leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Ability to analyze sales performance and implement operational improvement plans.
• Familiar with pharmacy regulations, SOP compliance, and healthcare industry standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Able to work independently, manage multiple branches and travel when required.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound operational decisions.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
