Job description:

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Subang Jaya, Selangor with working hours of 10:30 AM – 5:30 PM.

About the role:

Seeking a Customer Service Executive (Loan Processing) to join the team. In this role, you will serve as a vital point of contact for customers requiring assistance with loan-related enquiries, processing and support. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service whilst managing documentation and account queries in a professional and efficient manner. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction and ensuring smooth loan processing operations.

Key responsibilities:

• Responding to customers regarding loan applications and products via different channels
• Contact loan applicants and verifying customer information to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Assisting customers with document submission and follow-up on outstanding requirements
• Maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transaction details in the system
• Coordinating with internal departments to expedite loan processing and address customer needs
• Providing product information and guidance to help customers make informed decisions
• Following company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements at all times

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in finance or customer service are advantageous
• Proven experience in a customer service, preferably in financial services or loan processing
• Strong communication skills with the ability to retrieve the relevant documents
• Able to communicate in both Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Proficiency in relevant computer systems and software
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple customer enquiries whilst maintaining quality standards
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in data entry and documentation
• Professional attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure
• Knowledge of financial products and loan terminology is preferred but not essential
