BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

Business Development Content Creation Digital Marketing

We are looking for an energetic, creative and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing healthcare & wellness group in Penang.

If you enjoy meeting people, creating engaging content, managing social media, building partnerships and developing new business opportunities, this could be the role for you.

• KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Development

* Identify and develop new business & corporate opportunities

* Generate, manage and follow up potential leads

* Build relationships with companies, HR departments, factories, organisations and business partners

* Develop corporate healthcare & wellness collaborations

* Promote healthcare, wellness, health screening and related services

* Prepare and follow up proposals, quotations and presentations

* Develop strategic partnerships and collaborations

* Coordinate corporate health screenings, wellness programmes and on-site events

* Maintain sales pipelines and work towards agreed KPIs

Content Creation & Digital Media Marketing

* Create engaging photos, videos, Reels, short-form videos and social media content

* Plan and manage content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other digital platforms

* Develop promotional, educational and brand-awareness content

* Assist with basic video editing, copywriting and creative development

* Plan and maintain a consistent social media content calendar

* Cover company activities, wellness programmes, events and campaigns for social media

* Support digital advertising and promotional campaigns

* Monitor enquiries, engagement, leads and campaign performance

* Generate creative ideas to increase brand visibility, audience engagement and customer acquisition

* Work with management to strengthen the digital presence of our healthcare & wellness brands

Projects & Management Support

* Assist with special projects and new business initiatives

* Coordinate with vendors, corporate clients and external partners

* Support the Directors in executing business, marketing and promotional projects

* Provide regular updates on leads, campaigns, projects and KPIs

• WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Strong communication & interpersonal skills

Creative and comfortable creating social media content

Familiar with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and digital media

Basic photography/video editing skills will be an advantage

Proactive, resourceful and able to work independently

Business and sales-oriented mindset

Comfortable meeting corporate clients

Strong follow-up and organisational skills

Willing to appear in or assist with video/content production when required

Interested in healthcare, wellness, marketing & entrepreneurship

Fresh graduates with strong communication skills, creativity and the right attitude are encouraged to apply.

• WHAT WE OFFER

Basic Salary from RM2,300

Attractive incentives & allowances

Minimum one (1) month basic salary bonus upon completion of 12 months of continuous service
