WE'RE HIRING: TECHNICAL ENGINEER – METROLOGY & CALIBRATION

Are you an experienced Technical Engineer looking for an opportunity to grow your career in Metrology, Calibration & Measurement Technology?

Join MSP Metrology (M) Sdn Bhd and work with industrial customers on real-world measurement, calibration and technical applications.

This is a technical, hands-on role for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, working with precision measurement equipment and solving customer technical problems.

YOUR ROLE

• Perform installation, commissioning, calibration, servicing and troubleshooting of metrology and measurement equipment
• Conduct on-site technical support and service at customer locations
• Perform measurement and calibration activities according to established procedures
• Diagnose equipment and measurement-related problems and recommend appropriate solutions
• Support customers in the operation and application of measurement equipment
• Conduct equipment demonstrations and technical training for customers
• Prepare service reports, calibration documentation and technical reports
• Support preventive maintenance and equipment inspection
• Work closely with the Sales team to provide technical support and solutions
• Assist with technical applications and customer measurement requirements
• Keep updated on metrology, calibration standards and measurement technology

YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU:
Have a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical field
Have relevant working experience in technical engineering, measurement, calibration, servicing or equipment maintenance
Have hands-on experience in measurement and calibration
Have strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills
Have a genuine interest in metrology, calibration and measurement technology
Have good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
Are comfortable working at customer sites and industrial environments
Are willing to travel when required
Possess a valid driving licence and own transportation
Experience with CMM, VMM, 3D measurement, dimensional measurement or other metrology equipment will be an added advantage
