Hitcheed Group is looking to hire Event Operations Intern to join their young and dynamic team. In this opportunity, you’ll work closely with the team to plan, execute and organise events held at convention hall.

Requirements:

• Events Duties and any other events as require and ensure smooth execution to have a successful event
• Lead, plan, execute and oversee both event design and production requirements for a variety of events
• Pre-event planning, on site execution and post event engagement
• Oversee project budget and financial aspects of events are managed effectively from planning through to final reconciliation
• Ensure seamless communication and collaboration between clients, suppliers, and inter department of sales, design and operations teams in aligning all stages of event planning and execution
• Marketing activities to drive member acquisition and activity
• Execute end to end event solutions from proposal through to operation of an event
• Any other duties necessary to ensure successful work engagement

Having an interest in Weddings, Interior Design, Kids, Fitness, Korean Wave, Pets and Travel events is a plus point.
