Company Description Lapasar is Malaysia’s enterprise B2B procurement marketplace, designed for GLCs, large corporations, and government-linked entities managing indirect and long-tail spend. The platform connects enterprise buyers with a vetted supplier network across hundreds of product categories, backed by zero platform cost and rapid ERP integration with systems such as SAP, Oracle, and Coupa. A dedicated operations team supports a managed fulfillment model to ensure reliability, efficiency, and service quality. Lapasar serves many of Malaysia’s largest GLCs in sectors including energy, utilities, telecommunications, healthcare, and infrastructure, offering scalable solutions for complex procurement needs.

Role Description The Operation Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Bukit Raja, responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse and fulfillment operations. This role coordinates inbound and outbound activities, manages inventory accuracy, and ensures orders are processed and delivered according to service level expectations. The Operation Lead will supervise and guide the operations team, allocate resources, and monitor performance to maintain safety, efficiency, and quality standards. This position involves resolving operational issues, optimizing workflows, collaborating with cross-functional teams such as procurement and customer success, and preparing regular reports on operational KPIs. The Operation Lead is expected to support continuous improvement initiatives and uphold compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong operations and logistics management skills, including experience in warehouse management, fulfillment processes, and inventory control.
• Ability to lead and develop teams, with skills in people management, performance monitoring, and workforce planning in an on-site environment.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, using spreadsheets or operational tools to track KPIs, identify issues, and recommend improvements.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to handle multiple priorities, manage deadlines, and respond to operational challenges.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and clients in a fast-paced setting.
• Familiarity with ERP or procurement platforms and basic understanding of B2B supply chain or procurement processes is an advantage.
• Relevant experience in operations, supply chain, or logistics; a diploma or degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Bukit Raja and adapt to evolving business needs, including occasional extended hours when required.
