Demonstrates full knowledge in assigned area and is an experienced sole contributor.Provides operational management to Investment Unit, Business Group and/or Committee for critical business processes. Drives and executes unit/committee operations and initiatives. Manages and coordinates efforts across investmentunits, committees and various partners within and outside the Investment Group.

Executes Investment Unit/Business Group objectives, activities and policies inpartnership with leadership

• Acts on behalf of the unit or group to execute plans, activities, policies, and sponsors initiatives.
• Represents Investment Unit/Committee in Operating and Client Group forums.
• Drives periodic operations activities including annual planning, fund reviews, allocation of assets discussions, policy changes, etc.
• Makes recommendations and implements changes to improve processes, data flow, and connectivity across groups.
• Partners with leadership to implement policies and practices, in collaboration with stakeholder groups including Operations, Legal, Technology, Human Resources, etc.
• Assesses evolving market practices and leverages relationships within and outside the Investment Group to identify areas that require change or improvements.
• Attends and supports Investment Unit calls, retreats, and other functions as required.
• Manages data, reports, analyses, dashboards and metrics required to run the business and maintain the health of the Capital System.
• Stewards the ongoing maturity of the group’s capabilities with a strategic view towards emerging needs.
• Recommends and implements enhancements to systems and technology.
• Provides leadership through a high degree of influence, communication, and drive for results.

Facilitates Investment Unit/business group committees, sub-committees and drives strategicinitiatives

• Develops content for periodic unit/business group communications, Boards and Town Halls.
• Coordinates assigned oversight or management committee, partnering with committee chair(s) and membership to facilitate meetings, drive agendas, create content, etc.
• Serves as primary point of contact for the committee/unit/group, as well as for complex policy or other operational issues.
• Oversees, leads and/or manages initiatives as required within and across Investment Units, Operating and Client Groups.
• Coordinates and implements newly developed policies into the investment process
• Performs additional responsibilities as assigned.
