WE ARE HIRING – PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Location: Ipoh, Perak
Salary: RM8,000 – RM10,000

We are looking for an experienced and driven Property Development Manager to oversee property development projects from planning and feasibility through to completion. The successful candidate will coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, authorities and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered effectively and in accordance with company objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and oversee property development projects from initial planning to completion
• Conduct feasibility studies, market research and development planning
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, architects and relevant authorities
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, costs and overall progress
• Ensure projects comply with relevant planning, development and regulatory requirements
• Manage project documentation, approvals and submissions
• Liaise with government authorities and external stakeholders when required
• Identify and resolve project-related issues and risks
• Prepare regular project progress reports and updates for Management
• Support the company in evaluating new property development opportunities
• Perform other duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned by Management

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in Property Development, Real Estate, Construction, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience in property development / project management
• Strong understanding of the property development process and relevant Malaysian regulations
• Experience coordinating with consultants, contractors and government authorities
• Strong project management, communication and negotiation skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Able to manage multiple projects and work independently
• Mandarin and/or Cantonese speaking candidates are preferred
• Candidates with relevant experience in the property development industry are encouraged to apply
