Job Description:
We are seeking an Operation Coordinator to support daily logistics operations and ensure smooth execution of shipments. This role involves coordinating truck assignments, verifying shipment documentation, and maintaining accurate operational data. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day operational support for the key system to ensure smooth functionality
• Monitor and adjust truck assignments based on operational requirements
• Maintain accurate system data
• Verify Proof of Delivery (POD) for every shipment uploaded by drivers
• Assign trips for shipments once confirmation is received (laden and empty trips)
• Provide subcon billing codes for costing purposes, including Booking ID, Trip Code, and OLA Code
• Add new truck numbers, container numbers (Own and SOC), and subcon driver details

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Business, or related fields (Fresh graduates welcome)
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
