Role Description The Content Specialist at XTS TECHNOLOGIES SDN BHD will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing digital content across company websites, social media, and marketing channels. This full-time, on-site role in Selangor, Malaysia involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into clear, engaging content. Day-to-day tasks include researching industry topics, drafting and editing web copy, updating and organizing content in the content management system, and ensuring consistency with brand voice and guidelines. The Content Specialist will also monitor content performance, recommend improvements based on analytics and feedback, and support campaigns, product launches, and corporate communications. The role requires maintaining accurate documentation, meeting deadlines, and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the company’s online presence.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Candidates should possess Web Content Writing and Writing skills, with the ability to produce concise, accurate, and engaging content for digital platforms.
• Candidates should possess Content Strategy skills, including planning, structuring, and aligning content with business and marketing objectives.
• Candidates should possess Content Management skills, including experience with content management systems and organizing, updating, and maintaining digital assets.
• Relevant skills and qualifications include attention to detail, basic understanding of SEO principles, familiarity with social media platforms, and the ability to analyze content performance metrics.
• A diploma or degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Media, or a related field is beneficial, as is prior experience in a content or marketing-focused role.
• Ability to work on-site in Selangor, Malaysia, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic video editing skills and hands-on experience in creating short-form video content for social media are highly preferred.
