  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, proactive, and willing to learn.
  • Interest in HR, recruitment, and employee experience.

岗位职责

 

  • Support employer branding campaigns and HR communications.
  • Assist with university outreach, career fairs, and campus recruitment.
  • Support candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and recruitment activities.
  • Assist in planning employee engagement activities and initiatives.
  • Support HR projects, events, and day-to-day administrative tasks.
