Job Title: Customer Service Advisor (Native Japanese)

Job Overview

We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our travel (Booking) project. In this role, you will handle customer interactions across voice, chat, and email channels, ensuring a seamless and high-quality customer experience for the Taiwan market.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via calls, chat, and email
• Assist customers with travel bookings, modifications, and general queries
• Provide accurate and timely resolutions while maintaining service quality
• Ensure customer satisfaction (CSAT) and meet performance KPIs
• Maintain proper documentation of interactions in CRM systems
• Follow company guidelines and compliance standards

Working Hours

• 5 working days + 2 days off (rotational)
• Shift Timing: Mon-Sun (24/7 shift) - 2 off days
• Shift Duration: 9 hours (including 1-hour break)

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: RM 9500
• KPI Allowance: RM 300
• Shift Allowance: RM 350 (If shift come apart from Normal Shift)

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma /Degree qualification
• At least 6 months of BPO / Customer Service experience OR Degree Holder (Fresher)
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a 24/7 rotational shift environment
• Basic computer and multitasking skills
