Job Summary

The Intern Assistant supports event planning and execution, coordinates between teams and partners, manages administrative tasks, researches pop culture trends, and maintains communication and tracking tools to ensure smooth project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of events to ensure timely and effective delivery
• Coordinate communication and collaboration between internal teams and external partners to align project goals
• Manage scheduling, documentation, and basic reporting to maintain organized project records
• Conduct research on pop culture trends and regional communities to inform event and content strategies
• Prepare materials for meetings and presentations to facilitate clear information sharing
• Organize content across digital and physical channels to maintain accessible and up-to-date resources
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders to track progress and resolve issues promptly
• Update tracking tools regularly to monitor project status and deadlines
• Provide general operational support to help projects run smoothly in a fast-paced environment

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Interest in pop culture, events, media, or community-building across Asia
• Proficiency with productivity tools such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office for digital coordination
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment with a proactive and adaptable mindset
• Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and openness to feedback
• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in communications, marketing, media, business, or related fields
• Prior internship or project experience in events, marketing, or media is a plus but not required
