Established in October 2017, FindSGJobs has redesigned the landscape of recruitment through a cutting-edge job portal that provides seamless employment solutions.
FindSGJobs works closely with government bodies to target jobseekers and employers to ensure comprehensive job-matching efforts are attained. Our services have gained national media coverage and have worked with major industry leaders.
Roles and Responsibilities
Oversee the recruitment process of sourcing, scheduling of interviews and onboarding candidates.
Perform outbound calls to candidates to verify their details and update their profile in our management system.
Assist in data-entry to input accurate details to create profile for candidates post-recruitment events.
Organize personnel files to ensure orderly filing for easier retrieval.
Maintain the assigned domain to retrieve the resumes from candidates to be updated into the system.
Provide administrative assistance for the team to support the events held by the organization.
Support the HR team in posting job listings online for candidates to view available positions.
Support the Career Resources Station (CRS) event booth by engaging with jobseekers enquiries.
Attend to jobseekers’ enquiries eg. on available job vacancies and hiring companies.
Take initiative to approach the public members and engage job seekers
Job Requirement
2 Years of Experience in any HR related field will be beneficial.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Demonstrate meticulous administrative skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Able to independently work on assigned tasks through proper time management.
