Key Responsibilities & Job Scope1. Sales and Profitability

• Drive Revenue: Set and track sales targets for each store in the region to meet or exceed business goals.
• Analyze Data: Review sales reports, financial statements, and market trends to fix low-performing stores.
• Control Budgets: Manage labor costs, operational expenses, and profit-and-loss (P&L) targets within budget.

2. Store Operations & Standards

• Field Visits: Travel regularly to assigned stores to perform floor walks, evaluate operations, and ensure efficiency.
• Visual Merchandising: Maintain high standards for store presentation, product displays, promotional setups, and cleanliness.
• Compliance: Ensure all branches follow company policies, safety protocols, and local legal regulations.

3. Team Leadership & Human Resources

• Manage Staff: Hire, train, and mentor Store Managers and frontline retail teams.
• Performance Reviews: Conduct evaluations, set performance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and provide continuous coaching.
• Manpower Planning: Oversee staff scheduling, address turnover, and plan coverage for peak trading seasons.

4. Inventory & Supply Chain Management

• Stock Control: Monitor inventory levels, oversee regular stock counts, and minimize product wastage or shrinkage (loss prevention).
• Order Fulfillment: Ensure smooth coordination of stock deliveries between regional warehouses and individual storefronts.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
