We are seeking a skilled 3D Visual Designer to conceptualize, visualize, and execute interior design projects with precision and creativity. This role involves close collaboration with the design and sales teams to deliver exceptional results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality 3D visualizations and technical drawings, including 2D detail drawings and furniture specifications.
• Translate design concepts into precise and visually compelling presentations.
• Collaborate with Sales Designers to understand client requirements, refine design strategies, and ensure design excellence.
• Others to be specified during interview

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree, Architecture or Interior Design.
• Bilingual in Mandarin and English (essential for liaising with Mandarin-speaking clients).
• Minimum Fresh Grade in 3D rendering and detail drawings.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max; experience with commercial projects and AI house software is a plus.
• Strong creative sense with awareness of current interior design trends and innovations.
