JOB SCOPE:

• Handle full set of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation and month-end closing.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports, including Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet.
• Prepare and maintain accurate accounting records, schedules and supporting documents.
• Handle invoicing, payments, receipts and day-to-day accounting transactions.
• Monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable and outstanding balances.
• Liaise with tax agents on tax computation, tax submissions and tax-related matters.
• Liaise with external auditors and provide the necessary accounting records, schedules and supporting documents for audit purposes.
• Liaise with the Company Secretary (CoSec) on statutory matters, company documentation and required financial information.
• Assist with e-Invoice, tax, audit and statutory compliance requirements.
• Ensure proper and timely filing of accounting and statutory documents.
• Assist management with financial reports, analysis and other accounting-related matters.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

REQUIREMENT:

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of accounting experience only.
• Full set accounts experience is REQUIRED.
• Financial reporting experience is REQUIRED.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and double-entry bookkeeping.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as AutoCount / QNE / SQL.
• Good analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, organised and able to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time
