YOUR TASKS
- Verify customer details, importer/exporter codes, and tax registration numbers before submission in data entry system.
- Enter commercial invoice details (item descriptions, quantities, values & country of origin) into the system.
- Cross-check invoice information against shipping documents (packing lists, airway bills, permits) to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Flag discrepancies, missing information, or incomplete invoices to the customs clearance team for follow-up.
YOUR PROFILE
- Exhibits an exceptional degree of ingenuity, creativity, resourcefulness and empathy.
- At least Degree or equivalent and above
- Good Spoken and Written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Internship duration of at least 6 months.
- Preferred fields of study: Logistics & Transportation, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Willing to work in shifts.
