REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma / Degree Civil, Architecture and Interior Design
• Minimum 1–3 years working experience in construction projects
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings
• Basic knowledge of construction methods and materials
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Willing to be based at site and work extended hours if required

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist Project Manager and Site Manager in planning, coordination and execution of site works
• Supervise daily construction activities to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications and approved method statements
• Coordinate and monitor subcontractors’ works and site manpower
• Prepare and submit shop drawings, method statements, material submissions and technical documents
• Monitor site progress, productivity and construction schedule
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality of workmanship meets project requirements
• Check levels, alignment, measurements and setting out works
• Verify materials delivered to site comply with approved specifications
• Identify site technical issues and propose solutions to minimize delays and rework
• Attend site meetings and technical coordination meetings
• Liaise with consultants, suppliers and subcontractors on technical matters
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports
• Maintain proper site documentation, records and as-built drawings
• Ensure site works comply with safety, health and environmental requirements
• Assist in testing & commissioning, inspections, defect rectification and project handover

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
