Requirement:
1. A diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, or a related field.
2. Minimum 2 years of purchasing or procurement experience is preferred.
3. Candidates must be proficient in Mandarin & English, both spoken and written.
4. Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook) and able to leverage AI tools to improve productivity and efficiency.
6. Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Description:
1. Daily work consists of accepting and processing of purchase requests from various departments, corresponding with suppliers for quotations, preparing purchase orders and performing buying duties.
2. In charge of completing various tasks, usually clerical in nature, related to the inward movement of goods, supplies and raw materials into an organization.
3. Preparing or editing purchase orders from various departments.
4. Assist the Department Head to source for capable, credible and competitive suppliers.
5. Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
6. Being aware of other’s reactions and understanding why they react as they do.
7. Management of Personnel Resources – Motivating, developing, and directing people as they work, identifying the best people for the job.
8. Monitoring/Assessing performance of yourself, other individuals, or organizations to make improvements or take corrective action.
9. Active learning – Understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem- solving and decision-making.
10. Management of Material Resources – Obtaining and seeing to the appropriate use of equipment, facilities, and materials needed to do certain work.
11. Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
12. Transportation – Knowledge of principles and methods for moving people or goods by air, rail, sea, or road, including the relative costs and benefits.
13. Establish efficient and ethical pricing guidelines.
14. Strive for continuous improvement in lead time from suppliers & to make sure materials delivered on time.
15. Adhere with management system procedures and work instructions

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
