KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support financial, management, and statutory reporting activities.
- Lead month-end closing and reporting, including P&L and Balance Sheet preparation.
- Manage accrual and prepayment schedules to ensure accurate financial reporting and effective expense planning.
- Ensure accounting records comply with applicable regulations, financial reporting standards, and Group policies.
- Work closely with Operations to ensure accurate contribution margins and operational results.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Prepare financial and operational analysis to provide insights for management decision-making.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations on business and operational matters.
- Contribute to improving financial processes, reporting accuracy, and internal controls.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in financial reporting.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently while meeting deadlines.
