Valores Green is a renewable energy company focused exclusively on clean energy solutions. We develop, manage, and trade electricity generated from sustainable sources, supporting businesses in reducing their environmental impact and advancing the transition to a low-carbon future.

We are looking for a tech-minded intern to design and build functional interfaces, internal tools, and automated data workflows. You will spend your first few weeks embedded in day-to-day operations to understand our workflows, then build user-friendly interfaces and structured databases that streamline processes and improve decision-making.

The role also includes field data collection and demand testing for a potential new consumer subscription business.

Key Responsibilities:

Interface Development

• Work alongside the operational team to learn workflows, map end-to-end processes, and identify bottlenecks ripe for automation or UI improvements.
• Design, build, and iterate on intuitive front-end interfaces, portals, and internal tools using modern low-code/no-code platforms.
• Set up clean database schemas and connect operational apps using workflow automation tools.
• Gather direct feedback from team members using your tools to refine UI/UX, minimize human error, and simplify daily tasks.

Field Testing & Market Validation

• Conduct field testing to evaluate demand for a consumer subscription product
• Collect structured feedback from potential users
• Track results and organise findings into actionable insights
