Role Overview

We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our Infor M3 team, responsible for developing, supporting, and enhancing enterprise solutions with a strong focus on Java development and Business Intelligence (BI).

This role involves working closely with consultants and business users to deliver data-driven solutions, integrations, and customisations for ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain Java-based applications supporting Infor M3 and related systems

• Design and build BI reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions to support business operations

• Perform data extraction, transformation (ETL), and integration between M3 and external systems

• Work with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions

• Troubleshoot and resolve system, integration, and data-related issues

• Ensure data accuracy, system performance, and scalability

• Participate in implementation, upgrade, and support projects for Infor M3 environment

• Document technical specifications and support end-users when needed

Technical Requirements

• Strong experience in Java (Spring Boot / REST APIs preferred)

• Hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)

• Strong knowledge of SQL / database (MSSQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL)

• Experience in data modelling, reporting, and ETL processes

• Familiar with API integration and middleware concepts
  

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Proactive and able to handle multiple projects

• Exposure to Infor M3 ERP projects and enterprise clients
