Job Summary

PR interns support account teams by executing PR,social media, and digital projects. Conduct media research, monitor coverage,and analyse data to generate actionable insights. Manage reporting and performadministrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with account teams to execute PR, social media, and digital communication projects that meet client objectives

Research and gather media materials, social media content, and information for new business proposals to support campaign development

Monitor and analyse media coverage to assess public sentiment and campaign effectiveness

Compile and manage monthly reports, deriving insights to inform strategic decisions and improve communication outcomes

Perform administrative tasks to support team efficiency and project delivery

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Diploma in any subject; preference for English, journalism, media studies, mass communications or marketing

Experience in corporate communications or public relations within agency or in-house settings is advantageous

Strong communication and interpersonal skills demonstrated through effective collaboration and client engagement

Ability to multitask and maintain performance under pressure in fast-paced environments

Capacity to work independently and collaboratively within teams to achieve project goals

Attention to detail in content creation, monitoring, and reporting activities

Quick learner with a proactive approach to acquiring new knowledge

Responsible and diligent work ethic ensuring reliability and accountability

Excellent time management and organisational skills to consistently meet deadlines
