Job Purpose

Analyse, execute, facilitate and monitor Talent Management activities covering Employee Performance Management (EPM), Consequence Management and Talent Database Management to ensure the performance of staff is effectively evaluated and managed, supporting the development of a high-performance culture across the University.

Key Accountabilities:

Employee Performance Management (EPM)

Analyse, execute and facilitate the implementation of end-to-end EPM process by providing guidance and support to stakeholders, coordinating performance review activities, monitoring compliance with the approved EPM framework and timelines, and analysing, consolidating and reporting EPM outcomes to ensure timely and consistent execution.

Consequence Management

Coordinate and monitor the implementation of consequence management, including the Performance Improvement Plan (PIP), by reviewing and analysing relevant information and documentation, tracking implementation progress, following up on required actions and reporting outcomes to ensure compliance with requirements and timelines stipulated in the PIP guideline.

Talent Database Management

Maintain and analyse talent and performance data by recording, updating, validating and consolidating relevant information to ensure data accuracy, completeness and confidentiality for reporting and talent management activities.

Qualification & Experience:

• Recognised Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant field
• More than 5 years of experience in relevant field
• Professional qualification and advanced degree would be an added advantage
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good analytical abilities
