Job Overview

The FOH Supervisor is responsible for supervising daily floor operations, ensuring service consistency, order accuracy, dining cleanliness, and SOP compliance. The role supports management in maintaining operational discipline and halal integrity during assigned shifts.

Job Description (Key Responsibilities)

A. Floor Supervision

• Supervise service crew during shift.
• Coordinate table allocation and service flow.
• Ensure timely order taking and delivery.
• Monitor queue and peak-hour execution.

B. Service Quality Control

• Ensure greeting and service standards are followed.
• Monitor order accuracy before submission to kitchen.
• Check food presentation prior to serving.
• Handle minor customer complaints.

C. Cleanliness & Setup Control

• Ensure dining area cleanliness.
• Monitor beverage station organization.
• Ensure proper table setup standards.

D. Sales Support

• Encourage upselling during service.
• Monitor add-on item execution.

E. Halal Compliance

• Ensure no outside food enters premises.
• Maintain clean utensils and beverage equipment.
• Escalate any suspected halal breach.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years F&B service experience.
• Minimum 3 years in supervisory role preferred.
• Strong service coordination skills.
• Able to manage peak-hour operations.
