Job Summary

Responsible for supervising daily production activities to ensure production targets, quality, safety, and environmental requirements are achieved. The position also oversees bag filter operation in accordance with CePBFO requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production operations and manpower.
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved.
• Monitor machine, process, and production performance.
• Ensure employees follow SOPs, safety rules, and good housekeeping practices.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and other departments on machine breakdowns and production issues.
• Monitor raw material usage, production output, wastage, and downtime.
• Prepare daily production reports and maintain production records.
• Supervise and monitor bag filter operation and performance.
• Ensure bag filter systems are operating properly and within required operating conditions.
• Conduct routine inspection of bag filters and related equipment.
• Coordinate maintenance or corrective action when bag filter abnormalities are detected.
• Maintain bag filter operating, inspection, and maintenance records.
• Ensure compliance with applicable environmental requirements.
• Support environmental inspections, audits, and improvement activities.
• Provide guidance and training to production operators on proper operating and environmental practices.

Requirements

• Diploma or relevant technical qualification.
• Possess Certified Environmental Professional in Bag Filter Operation (CePBFO) certification.
• Relevant experience in production supervision or manufacturing operations.
• Knowledge of production processes, safety, quality, and environmental requirements.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
