Job Title : Admin Assistant

Mandatory skills : Strategic implementation, meeting and follow-up management.

Salary : 3000 RM

Duration : 12 months

Location : Petalying Jaya and Sarawak

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily operations, schedules, meetings, agendas, and follow-ups.
• Support strategic implementation and departmental initiatives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of activities.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and business documentation.
• Monitor progress, identify operational gaps, and propose improvements.
• Provide administrative and operational support to management.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 1+ year of experience in administration, operations, or business support.
• Strong organisational, communication, and coordination skills.
• Experience in meeting coordination, follow-up management, and reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
