We are URGENTLY seeking an efficient and technically sound Construction Site Engineer with a minimum of 1 year of hands-on field experience. In this role, you will oversee daily on-site operations, manage field staff, and ensure projects are executed safely, on time, and according to engineering design specifications. You will act as a key technical point of contact on-site, bridging the gap between project managers and subcontractors.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction activities and monitor subcontractor progress
• Provide technical guidance and resolve immediate engineering issues on-site
• Survey, level, and establish site boundaries and building grid lines
• Interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications for accuracy
• Conduct material testing and site inspections to ensure quality benchmarks
• Enforce occupational health and safety regulations to ensure a safe workspace
• Maintain precise site diaries, documentation, and weekly progress reports

About you

• Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in site supervision or construction engineering
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, or basic surveying equipment
• Solid understanding of building codes, safety guidelines, and local permit regulations
• Strong communication, active problem-solving, and team coordination capabilities
• Valid driving license and willingness to work flexible site hours and under pressure
• CAN START WORK IMMEDIATELY OR ON SHORT NOTICE

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
