Job Description

  • Process orders from marketplace and webstore (Shopee, TikTok, Lazada), pick and pack the orders, make sure fulfil orders on time.

  • Reply chat on time and reply chat on weekend by rotation basic.

  • Inventory management, check the available inventory and stock in and stock out through the system.

  • Check return parcels from customer and raise dispute if necessary.

  • Upload new products.

  • Invoice the settlement biweekly and monthly.

  • Live sales.

  • To perform other duty as assigned.

Requirement

  • Computer literate familiar with Microsoft Excel and access to seller centre and webstore backend

  • Have experience in shoppe / Tik Tok live will be an added advantage.

  • Can work on rotate weekend and shift.

  • Able to start work immediately.

  • Working location : Wisma Tan Kok Cheng, Petaling Jaya.
