Marketing Manager – HR & Manpower Services

Location: Putra Heights,Subang Jaya,Selangor, Malaysia

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our growing HR & Manpower Services team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, promoting our manpower and recruitment services, and achieving monthly business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing and business development strategies for HR and manpower services.
• Identify and approach potential corporate clients with manpower and recruitment requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Generate leads through online and offline marketing channels.
• Understand clients' workforce requirements and propose suitable manpower solutions.
• Coordinate with the recruitment and operations teams to fulfil client requirements.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and service presentations for potential clients.
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into business opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and new business opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales/marketing targets.
• Maintain regular reports on leads, client meetings, business opportunities and conversions.

Requirements

• Prior experience in HR, recruitment, manpower, staffing agency or workforce solutions is required.
• Proven experience in marketing, sales or business development.
• Experience dealing with companies and corporate clients will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to generate new leads and convert prospects into clients.
• Target-oriented, proactive and self-motivated.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to work independently as well as with a team.
• Candidates with an existing corporate/client network in Malaysia are highly encouraged to apply.
