A. Quality Management System

• Assist Quality Manager in conducting and facilitating internal and external audits
• Maintain the calibration system, and review and verify the calibration reports for the Measuring & Testing Equipment and gages.
• Administer procedural changes to the company manual, procedure, and/ or other documentation as required within the quality department.
• Manage the change control board (CCB) with the relevant department.
• Assist Quality Manager in identifying production improvement activities.
• Update monthly KPI reports
• Non-Conformance Product Report (NCPR) investigation, discussion, and closure of action items.
• Audit findings investigation, discussion, and closure of action items. Validation of the remedial and preventive actions.
• Customer complaint investigation, discussion, and closure of action items.
• Manage and record all Quality Issues raised, initiate root cause analysis, and to monitor the improvement of corrective and preventive measures.
• Maintain the form manually.
• Oversee supplier Quality and in-house Quality. Provide solutions for operational issues to address the in house turnback.

B. Quality Control

• Assist QC inspection and Quality Inspection report preparation to meet the delivery deadlines
• Confers with customer representatives to resolve customer complaints.
• Resolve drawing problems and customer specifications with technical knowledge.
• Handle First article inspection & documentation.
• Ensure proper reply of customer NCR within the required time frame and carry over CAPA / 8D verification to ensure effectiveness

Requirement

• Leadership Skills.
• Diploma/Degree in Engineering (preferably in Mechanical & Manufacturing major).
• Understanding of technical drawings.
• Geometrical Dimensioning and Tolerance Knowledge.
• Computer literate.
• Familiar with QC equipment tool
• Self-motivated and hardworking.
• Neat, organized and systematic.
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Able to work independently as well as being a team-player with strong commitment.
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet the demands of the job.

Relevant Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in Quality related field
• ISO 9100 Quality Management Sytems
• AS/EN 9100 Quality Management Systems

Job Type: Full-Time

• Monday to Friday

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
