F&B Operations Supervisor

Rockchiq Hot Chicken

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on F&B Operations Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Rockchiq Hot Chicken outlets in Damansara Perdana and Denai Alam.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily outlet operations and ensure smooth service.
• Supervise and coordinate kitchen and service teams.
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, punctuality and performance.
• Ensure consistent food quality, portioning, presentation and service standards.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and company SOPs. Monitor inventory, stock levels, ordering and receiving of supplies.
• Control food wastage, portion sizes and operational costs.
• Train and guide staff to maintain operational standards.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve day-to-day operational issues.
• Monitor outlet performance and prepare operational reports for management.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in an F&B supervisory role.
• Experience managing restaurant/outlet operations, staff scheduling, inventory and food quality.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Hands-on and comfortable working alongside the outlet team.
• Able to work independently and solve operational issues.
• Basic computer skills including Excel/Google Sheets/POS.
• Own transport required.
• Multi-outlet experience is an added advantage.

Salary: RM2,500-RM3000/month
