Operations & Administrative Intern
Cintra Consultancy is looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented and proactive Operations & Administrative Intern to support the day-to-day coordination and administrative needs of the company.
This role is best suited for someone who naturally likes keeping things organised, notices when something is missing, follows through without needing repeated reminders, and is comfortable managing multiple small but important tasks at the same time.
Responsibilities

- Maintain and regularly update internal trackers, records, documents and databases.
- Follow up with team members on outstanding information, deadlines and action items.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, interviews, shoots and other company activities.
- Coordinate bookings, purchases, office supplies and other logistical requirements.
- Prepare and organise documents, forms, agreements and basic reports.
- Ensure information entered into trackers and documents is accurate, complete and up to date.
- Flag missing information, inconsistencies or potential issues before they become problems.
- Assist with recruitment administration, including applicant tracking, interview scheduling and candidate follow-ups.
- Provide coordination support for casting and production requirements where required.
- Help improve administrative processes and systems as the company grows.
- Support other reasonable operational and administrative duties when required.
What we are looking for
We're particularly looking for someone who is:
- Extremely detail-oriented — you notice small errors, inconsistencies and missing information.
- Highly organised — you enjoy trackers, lists, schedules and keeping information structured.
- Proactive — you don't wait to be reminded about every outstanding task.
- Strong at follow-through — once something is assigned to you, you keep track of it until it is completed.
- Comfortable chasing people — you're able to politely but persistently follow up when information or action is overdue.
- Able to prioritise — you can distinguish between something urgent, something important and something that can wait.
- Clear in communication — especially when providing updates or asking for clarification.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities may change.
You do not need extensive prior working experience. We're more interested in your working style, reliability and attention to detail.
