We are looking for an HR Executive to manage our company’s recruiting, learning and development and employee performance programs.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resource function including recruitment, compensation, training and other HR matters.
• Assist in maintain and ensure HR ISO policies, procedures and forms are updated as per ISO requirements.
• Handling recruitment process includes monitor the Manpower Requisitions, job postings, selection, interview arrangement, job offer and acceptance, orientation, update employees’ record, confirmation, and etc.
• Identify training needs, monitor training programs, training evaluation, update training record, etc.
• Maintain HR system, updating and maintaining accurate HR records.
• Prepare letters, contracts, memos, etc.
• Updating and recommend HR policies and procedures.
• Handling foreign workers matters including work permit application/renewal, visa processing, and FOMEMA medical arrangements.

Job requirement:

• At least a diploma or degree in any field or HR.
• Experience in the field of Human Resources and Employment Act 1955 is very welcomed.
• Experienced in the requirements of ISO 9001: 2015 & ISO45001: 2018
• Strong organisational and computer skills with excellent attention to details, willingness to develop & learn new skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
