The Yong Huat Hardware team has over 20 years of experience in sourcing and supply of quality hardware products from Europe and the Asia Pacific region. The wide range of hardware products supplied ranges from industrial, power and air tools to marine hardware. Our products are quality-assured yet affordable. We started as a general hardware retailer in 1993 with an outlet in Toa Payoh which catered mainly to walk-in customers. Since then, we have steadily grown into a hardware supplier which specializes in the supply of goods to the construction industry. In recent years, we have taken on projects for the supply and delivery of various materials to schools, institutions, government and statutory boards. Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Intern / Part-Time E-commerce Assistant to support our day-to-day e-commerce operations. You will work closely with the E-commerce Manager to maintain our online stores, update product information, and ensure smooth daily operations across multiple e-commerce platforms.

No prior experience is required. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and upload new product listings on e-commerce platforms.

• Update product titles, descriptions, specifications, images, pricing, and categories.

• Perform daily stock updates to ensure inventory accuracy.

• Check product listings for missing information or errors.

• Assist in processing online orders and monitoring order status.

• Support B2B online customer enquiries

• Assist with promotional campaigns, vouchers, and online store maintenance.

• Perform simple data entry, Excel updates, and administrative tasks.

• Carry out other ad-hoc duties assigned by the E-commerce Manager

Requirements

• Students pursuing NITEC, Higher NITEC, Polytechnic Diploma or University are welcome to apply.

• Part-time applicants are also welcome.

• Basic computer literacy and Microsoft Office skills.

• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.

• Able to work independently after training.

• Interest in e-commerce, online retail, or digital business is an advantage.
