Responsibilities.

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance for factory facilities, utilities and building infrastructure.
• Perform troubleshooting and repair of electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, pumps and other facility equipment.
• Conduct routine inspection to identify defects, breakdowns and potential safety hazards.
• Attend to facility breakdowns and maintenance requests promptly.
• Maintain proper records of maintenance activities, inspections and breakdowns.
• Assist in supervising contractors and external service providers when required.
• Ensure all maintenance work complies with company safety procedures and requirements.
• Maintain good housekeeping and proper care of maintenance tools and equipment.
• Assist in facility improvement and upgrading projects.
• Perform other duties assigned by the superior from time to time.

Requirements

• Certificate / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Facility Management or related field.
• Preferably 2–3 years of experience in facility or maintenance work, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing and facility systems.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends or public holidays when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,850.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
