Join Dreamscaped, a Malaysian online lingerie and fashion brand with 100,000+ customers a year. You'll run our TikTok Shop and Shopee stores, our live sessions, and the hosts and creators behind them.

What You'll Do

• Keep our TikTok Shop and Shopee stores healthy — ratings, violations, refunds, appeals
• Run live sessions end to end — host schedule, live kits, event setup, post-live numbers
• Find and manage live hosts and KOCs — outreach, rates, samples, tracking
• Answer sizing questions and handle tricky customer cases during office hours

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years in e-commerce ops — TikTok Shop or Shopee seller center experience required
• Knows vouchers, flash sales, campaign nominations, seller ratings
• Live commerce or host coordination experience preferred
• Comfortable dealing with people — hosts, KOCs, models
• Can read basic sales numbers and act on them
• Organized, uses AI tools, fluent BM + English (Mandarin a plus)
• Comfortable with lingerie and womenswear products
• Office-based in Puchong Kinrara;

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
