Assist the IT team with daily IT operations, administrative tasks, and general technical support activities.
Provide basic first-level IT support under supervision, including troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, Microsoft Office, email, and other basic system-related issues.
Assist with the setup, installation, configuration, and deployment of IT equipment, including desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, meeting room devices, and other IT peripherals.
Support IT Asset Management activities, including maintaining asset inventory records, asset tagging and labelling, and conducting physical asset verification.
Maintain accurate records of IT asset movements, including issuance, return, transfer, replacement, and disposal of equipment.
Assist in organizing and maintaining IT equipment, spare devices, accessories, and storage areas in a proper and orderly manner.
Assist with system and application support activities, including user access verification, issue logging, monitoring, and follow-up.
Support Tenant Portal-related activities when required, including basic user support, issue tracking, testing, and documentation.
Assist in preparing, maintaining, and updating IT documentation, including forms, checklists, logs, SOPs, user guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting notes.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of IT records, asset records, system support logs, and other related documents.
Assist with basic IT security and compliance activities, including antivirus checks, software update verification, and the proper handling of IT equipment and information.
Escalate unresolved technical issues to the IT team, relevant vendors, or service providers when required.
Provide regular updates to the supervisor on assigned tasks, work progress, and outstanding issues.
